Vermont Vinegars unique rich flavors result from a devotion to a process that uses only high-quality drinking cider and wines; adherence to a traditional, slow, small batch fermenting process; and a final aging of 6 to 24 months.


These distinct luscious vinaigrette result from our use of all natural ingredients, including local fresh fruit, organic ginger root infusions, and Vermont maple syrup as a light sweetener. The higher percentage of fruit and other natural ingredients replaces the need for added oils, making these vinaigrette great on their own as salad dressings or diluted into a healthy drink.
