New Vinaigrette Recipes are here!

Boyer Debra

With the extra time freed up by COVID19 I have updated three of VT Vinegars’ recipes. VT Maple, Sesame Ginger and VT Raspberry vinaigrette are now more creamy, and enjoy slightly more complex flavor combinations.

VT Maple Vinaigrette is now a bit spicier and creamier.

Sesame Ginger’s flavoring now includes a lemon highlight, with some VT Maple Syrup to punch out the overall flavors. An all-natural emulsifier was added for better mixing of the sesame oil with the other ingredients.

VT Raspberry Vinaigrette now has a stronger raspberry flavor, combined with a creamier texture.

New Sesame Ginger salad dressing!

Boyer Debra

Our Sesame Ginger vinaigrette has been revitalized into a new creamy salad dressing with new flavors. The addition of fresh lemon and maple syrup has stepped up the flavor, while a touch of all-natural fruit pectin helps emulsify and thicken the ingredients.
